Mr. Schachter heads Reedland's institutional finance division for private, rapid growth-oriented companies. In that capacity, he structures and arranges institutional equity financing for early, mid- and late-stage private companies, focusing primarily on revenue-based companies whose products or services have had strong adoption in the marketplace.
